1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Piyle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Piyle is a social prediction platform where users create YES/NO predictions, vote on others' predictions, and earn points. No real money is involved in any aspect of the service.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Piyle. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Piyle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of predictions you create. By posting content on Piyle, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Piyle to post harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You may not spam, harass other users, or attempt to manipulate the voting system. You may not post or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Content Moderation and Reporting
We review content that is reported by users or flagged by automated systems. You can report any prediction, comment, or user profile directly within the app using the report button. Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority. To report child sexual abuse material (CSAM), you may also contact us directly at legal@piyle.com.
8. Child Safety
Piyle has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We comply with applicable child safety laws and will report any CSAM discovered on our platform to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional authorities. 9. Points and Rewards
Points earned on Piyle have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.
10. Privacy
Your use of Piyle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Piyle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or continuous availability of the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Piyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Piyle after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
